After years of baking birthday, Wedding, celebration cakes and cupcakes for friends, family and colleagues, it only seemed right to kick-start a cake business from home.
As my family life has grown, now the proud Mum to 2 wonderful little girls, the time was right to move from a mum who bakes to a baking business woman, alongside mother and wife.
In no time at all, Sugar Plum Treats was born. The name having been selected by my younger sister after she figured to relate both sweet treats to my preference in hair colour – Plum!
I’ve known Kim a for couple of years and the creativity in her cake making is amazing. She is so talented and the attention to detail is superb. We were delighted when she agreed to do our wedding cake and we asked her to surprise us.. as you can see in the picture …. absolutely stunning !!! I had tears in my eyes and the cake topper was incredibly personal to us which made it all the more special !! I cannot recommend her enough, she is a fabulous!! Xx
